Normally it's fabulous.. Unfortunately lately, service and food service hasnt been the same, service has been very slow and food quality, way below the standard originally given. I noticed the restaurant wasn't as busy for a Friday night. Hopefully this is all fixed soon.. Bring back the old NOVO, greatest service and fabulous food.
I can with all honesty and without shame say I eat here once a week. Novo is absolutely incredible. This is one of the most unique places in the 417land, and the food quality and flavor are unmatched. Matt and his team are amazing. I've never had anything on the menu that wasn't fantastic!!!
Me and my fiancé went here for the first time today and man we loved it! Great food, great service and BEAUTIFUL place! The sushi was amazing and the avacodo fries were super good! I would definitely recommend going here over anywhere else in Springfield! Prices were amazing as well. �
Best Asian food I have ever had. Absolutely love this place. We go about every other week. Would probably go more if it was closer to Ozark.
