Great , everyone was helpful above and beyond
The staff at this eye specialist’s office is extremely rude. Every time I call, I start with a polite greeting, and they completely ignore it. Instead, they immediately demand my date of birth without even acknowledging that I spoke. It’s unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. Basic courtesy matters, and this office clearly lacks it. I expect far more professionalism from a healthcare provider.
Dr. Hsu is extremely patient, thorough, and professional. I trust him to take care of my eyes!
I don't recommend this office, I was put on hold for five minutes and nine seconds and no one came back so I hung up and called back. Office administrator of course had excuses just like everybody else in the world for not being efficient or confident in their job so now I don't recommend this office.
