I am so happy I found this practice, Dr. Hiba Al-Kassab is the most caring, intelligent, and supportive Dentist I ever met, she went above and beyond any expectation I had and the love of her profession is apparent in her work . And on top of that, the staff there, are excellent communicators, knowledgeable and kind, it makes a difference when you have staff that are professional and want the best for you. Excellent practice, so very happy with them.
Friendly staff (front office to Gayle to Dr Khan, and very helpful when asking any questions. Not like other dentist offices where I feel rushed. One thing: Office feels a little outdated, hopefully they can invest in that but it doesn’t affect your visit itself. Would recommend to anyone, my teeth and mouth feel great
Super awesome place they make you feel super comfortable with everything they are doing and make sure you are ok throughout everything. There’s also no judgement no matter what condition your teeth are in they make sure they try to help you in every way with no judgement at all. I definitely recommend this dentist office all the lady’s in there are amazing.
I’d have to say I never liked going to the dentist until I went to Novi family Dentist. They are all so nice and helpful. From teeth cleaning to tooth pulling and anything in between. You want find anyone better.
