Called this office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. No dates were available in the 2025 calendar year. Received an EOB that says a claim was paid for a date of service, when I never saw the provider. I had to file a grievance with insurance AND notify the provider to fix. It was eventually fixed, but left a poor customer experience.

Dr. Meriwether has been my dentist now for over two years. She is patient. Explains everything, she has even done my bi-annual cleanings a few times and she has a light touch. And her presence is very calming. And in addition to Dr. Meriwether, all the staff and Dr. Priest are all very welcoming, and professional. And lol, I have no photos to share - that seems strange!
This office is the best! We have had excellent care and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I appreciate the quality of work and care my family has been provided.
I love Dr. Priehs and everyone at Novi Dental. Everyone is so kind and gentle, understanding and personable. They understand having anxiety at the dentist and explain exactly what they’re doing before doing it, allowing breaks and any questions. They are thorough and excellent at what they do.
