John and I have very little knowledge of computers. We know just the basics. We needed to get windows 10 as Windows 7 was not going to be supported by Microsoft. I contacted Novell Consultants and was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. He helped us in so many ways, not only with our computer but also with our phones. I would recommend Novell to anyone. Very satisfied.

Richard provides an invaluable service to me and the other residents here at Tudor Oaks. He has corrected many computer problems for me; I don't think there are any he can't solve. He is extremely knowledgeable and giving. Mary Jo Wolf

Richard provides an invaluable service to me and many of the residents here at Tudor Oaks. I don't think there is a computer problem he can't solve, and I have had many of them. I very much appreciate his technical prowess and generous spirit.

My experience with Novell Consulting has been outstanding. Over the last several years Novell has assisted our church and our child development center with excellent trouble shooting and relatively quick repairs of our computer equipment and network. Rich Novell helped me with some “iCloud “ problems on my phone. I was “lost in the clouds” and didn’t know what to do. Rich fixed it and explained what he did. I used to be a teacher and Rich provides technical help and support just like a good teacher should do. My basic question was important to him. GO SEE RICH!

Rich and Chad have made my retirement life so much easier! They have helped me with my desktop, laptop, router, wifi and smart TV. I don't know what I would have done without them. Excellent work, good prices, trustworthy and kind.
