They bought our building without telling us tenants; began an invasive process that was intended to drive out current tenants; raised rates for current tenants to above-market rates to drive us out; began building renovations that violated our leases and their verbal commitments to us and cost us revenue, out of pocket expenses, and work hours; refused to allow tenants to communicate with any corporate leadership, throwing under the bus the building managers.
