The office has much more activity in the last 3 months but the service has greatly improved. Sarah Chaplin has improved the office services tremendously and has worked hard to bring more networking events that are greatly beneficial. They bought our building without telling us tenants; began an invasive process that was intended to drive out current tenants; raised rates for current tenants to above-market rates to drive us out; began building renovations that violated our leases and their verbal commitments to us and cost us revenue, out of pocket expenses, and work hours; refused to allow tenants to communicate with any corporate leadership, throwing under the bus the building managers.
Level Office just acquired Agency 950 in Alexandria VA. Looking forward to positive changes and ability to use other existing properties such as Chicago as needed. Curious where future properties are planned.
