Government shutdown orders: Stay home or you will be fined. Essential workers only. Novel Co-working: Come on in and use the facilities! We don't care! And be sure to pay up ASAP! Novel, in Jacksonville, FL, double charged me for my first month and will not refund the difference to me! I was told it would be applied to future months, but I need the money NOW and need to terminate my agreement due to the extreme economic situation I am facing! There is NO indication of any flexibility at all!

According to current situation with virus it is very strange that they send all employee to work from home and limited their working time to an hour a day, but all other people who rent - they keep in office and do not want to terminate contracts without 30 days notification. If it is so safe, why own employee work from home 90% of their working time? 😡

The Orlando location is loud and doesn't have any parking. There is no free parking within half a mile of the office. I canceled my membership, but I'm going to end up paying for two whole months that I can't use. I would love a refund.

Been with Novel Huron (Chicago) since they opened (2+ years) and it's been great. Awesome staff, wonderful neighbors who genuinely try to help you build your business. Highly recommended if you're thinking of the next place!

By fixing their elevators because they have now been down for over 3 months. Totally unacceptable.
