The bottom line is this you rent office space from novel. If your guest that use your services visit you pay for parking and the time runs out or they did not pay just to even run a delivery in. The kid that works the front desk does not provide security or safe entry to the renters. His job is placing a boots on your clients vehicle then charge them 150 to take it off. EVERYTHING THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A BUILDING
I would say disappointing is an understatement. My business partner (my brother) and I were the first tenants on the 7th floor of this co working space and it is to our complete disbelieve the way this place has handled communication, and our overall contract guidelines. My brother is having a second child and I have had to travel a lot so we took our computers home with the plan to turn the office into a client meeting space. I love working at Novel! The location is central Boulder, I love the communal areas as well as the private work spaces and telephone rooms, and Alexis has been a phenomenal resource and beyond helpful in getting set up. The sense of community is exactly what I was looking for in a work space!
