Can't get through by phone, rings like 20 times then disconnects..
The website says they are taking new patients. I called and they said nope. Bad in NS no doctors.
My doctor is fantastic. When he feels urgent care is need, it is provided. While sometimes the appointments run behind, I do know that when it is my time he is providing me with excellent care. I love the on-line booking system.
There has been tremendous improvements made at this clinic. Up until 18 months-2 years ago, it was impossible to contact the office by phone, the front desk staff were stressed and extremely unfriendly. It could be a couple months or more before you could get an appointment time, and upon arrival there would be an overcrowded waiting room (sometimes you’d have to wait in the hall), and still a long wait well past your appointment time.
