They don't answer the phone, there is no message service and you don't get put on hold.
The clerk said she would email me my appointment info but she never did. Now I need to cancel my appointment, so tried to contact the clinic, but they don’t have an email posted online. There’s only one number to call, no one is answering, it doesn’t let you wait until somebody’s available and there’s no option to leave a message. It’s too bad because someone else could use this appointment but instead, It will just go to waste. I tried.🤷
Receptionnist was nice and the Doctor Treece is one of the best Doctor pediatrician i seen in my life . He is my daugther's new Doctor and I'm so happy . It's a bit far from my home but it's worth it so much 10/10 for him ! He was nice, patient and playful with her .also take her care really seriously . He is the best
