Purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler here and all I have to say is they have an unbelievable staff that goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and to ensure they have helped you to the fullest of their ability. I bought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Novak motors in October 2016. Amy and Frank went above and beyond to accommodate me. They are professional and friendly. (I have never dealt with any honest person when buying a car.) There are no hidden fees and surprises like all the rest of the dealerships. We just bought our sixth car (2014 Audi A5 Cabriolet) at Novak Motors and it continues to amaze me why all car buying isn't this easy!! If you are looking for a low-mileage, pre-owned vehicle, this should be the only place to go. It's worth a trip to their new location and giant indoor "lot" in Farmingdale. They take care of everything. Amy is the best!
Picked up my 2014 CRV today and couldn't be happier! Anna has to be the most professional, honest car salesperson I've encountered. Amy made financing a piece of cake. It took me three trips to decide which of the flawless cars I'd go home with, and Anna was patient and beyond friendly. In fact, by the time I left tonight, I felt like the folks at Novak were old friends. Thanks for a terrific experience!
