I bought my 2015 jeep patriot from Novak and I love, love it . They were so easy going, professional and knowledgeable about the car. There was a minor issue once I got the car home and Jackie did a fantastic job getting it resolved. I highly recommend Novak and will only buy any future cars from them.
Today I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue and I couldn’t be happier. The facility is immaculate and I love how it’s entirely indoors. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions we had. They let us view the inventory at our leisure and were never pushy like previous experiences we’ve had at car dealerships.
