RecommendedOf course my lease was ending during the Covid pandemic. Buying a car during a time like this is nerve wracking but Scott made it as easy as possible. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very patient. Frank was also very helpful and patient. Highly recommend!

Scott and Frank were awesome! Can’t even speak highly enough about Novak. This is my second vehicle purchase from them and deff not my last! The process is super easy and they take care of everything in house. Scott was even thoughtful enough to grab a few important things from my trade in that I missed. Need to give a big shout out to Novak Motors - NY . I bought a 2016 Tahoe from them yesterday. They sell cars that are basically mint condition that come off leases with pretty low mileage. In the past I have had horrible experience with car dealerships. This was the best experience I have ever had. No hidden fees great prices great staff. It was the easiest car transaction I have ever had. I walked in just to look at around 12 and had a new car in my drive way hours later
