Joel lambert was very professional and very knowledgeable about the process of buying a vehicle . Needless to say the sale went very smooth with him. Would definitely recommend Joel and Novak motors to people . Overall great experience all the way around .

Great experience, Joel and Rick were both friendly and helpful. Joel helped me find a vehicle quickly and arrange financing thru my Credit Union and took care of adding my insurance, process was all stress free. Very appreciated in this difficult time we are all going thru. Rick was great with all the paperwork and very patient explaining everything. Just wonderful.

Very little wait time. Service time about right. Oil change very pricey but labor charge was minimal. Might look elsewhere for the same service at a much lower price in the future.

Please keep in mind that at Novak Motors, we only use oil and parts that meet manufacturers' requirements and specifications and that we did perform a SYNTHETIC oil change, which is a bit more expensive.
