Novak Motors seems to pride itself on quality automobiles as well as quality, personal service through interpersonal relationships between the employees and customers. Our sales person was Joel Lambert and he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Rick Domenichetti sat with us as we signed the paperwork he was also personable, knowledgeable and kind. We spoke about our children! Don Lamperti came over to say hello to us.
