I can not tell a lie! This was the BEST experience buying a car in my life! I wish I could keep Novak Motors a secret but I can't. From the moment I walked in everyone was pleasant, Steve Amodei was my salesmen, and Rick Domenichetti, handled the finances. Hands down, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. No pressure, no tricks, just honest guys selling from a great inventory. They hand pick what they sell and only sell the best. Joel Lambert and Rick Domenichetti made this a pleasant, hassle free, and memorable experience. Oh, and after I purchased my vehicle, I got a tour of the service department and an introduction to the staff. I will be back in 3,000 miles! Had previously purchased a car from Don Lamperti about three years ago and was so impressed decided to go back to purchase a second, larger vehicle.
