He's very down to earth and professional each visit.
Everyone was pleasant and I didn’t feel rushed. There was a long wait but it was explained as an emergency.
I have been bringing my 99 year old mother to see Dr Miller annually, as he is closely following any changes with her dry macular degeneration. She has been stable for years. My daughter is an optometrist in the Columbus area and Dr Miller courteously had the office send her the visit summary. The office is beautiful, staff very friendly and swift movement from entering to pre- testing with techs to seeing Dr Miller. I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff is rude! The front desk is not very nice, they got upset because I didn’t now my PCP’s first name. It’s like you have a computer look her name up it’s not that hard. I work for a doctor and I do that all the time for patients. The tech that was working me up got upset because I was wearing contact lenses I told her they do come out it’s not a big deal.
