I recentely started injections for Wet MD. I had some concerns after the last injection so I asked to speak with Dr Miller before the numbing procedure started. Staff understood and I was able to share my concern with Dr Miller before we got ready for injection. He answered my questions and alliviated my fear. I'm still very new to this and trying very hard to not over react to every symptom but at the same time share info that the doc needs to know to provide quality care. Friendly staff, Clean environment, efficiently run office and great Doctor!
Everyone was polite. I moved through the process quickly and efficiently
Treatment from Dr. Miller was very good. However, the office seems to do group scheduling. My scheduled appt was 1:30 pm but I did not see Dr. until 2:00pm. I consider this to be poor customer service
I was sent here by my ophthalmologist not knowing what to expect. The staff is very supportive and professional. The waiting time was minimal considering the amount of patients. I expected to just have a consultation but received a complete diagnosis and a first dose of medication. My doctor was straightforward and I appreciate that!
My whole experience with Retina Associates was exceptional. All staff members I dealt with were great and Dr. Miller is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. The care I received there could not have been better. I would highly recommend them to everyone. That place is a very “well oiled machine.”
I have been a patient of Dr Miller’s for over 20 years. Every visit with him has exceeded my expectations. Wonderful surgeon, great office & top notch care.
