Very rude and vulgar. He rushes through consultation. Does not listen to the patient and is quick to diagnose. He diagnosed my mom with rheumatoid arthritis In her knee and gave her a steroid to treat it. After having her gain 20lbs, he prescribed an appetite suppressant. She later found through an X-Ray and MRI recommended by a different doctor that she had a torn ligament and no arthritis at all. Have heard many stories like this. Would not recommend this doctor.

Accepting new patients? No walk ins welcome. I called to make an appointment and they told me I needed to wait til next week. If he's that busy maybe he should consider hiring another doctor to help out.
This so called Dr. misdiagnosed my nephew with irritable bowel syndrome after like one visit without doing the proper test to make the diagnosis. He then improperly treated him with harsh medication that caused acute liver failure and almost killed him. While my nephew was jaundice and his body shutting down for weeks Dr. Novak continued to musdiagnose the situation and send my nephew home saying it was nothing but a virus that would run its course. He doesn't care!
