I was so excited to find a practice that presented themselves as specializing in menopause and was very much looking forward to getting some help. I wish I had. Arrived at 8:15 AM for my 8:15 appointment. While the front desk team was extremely nice, they were struggling with a wifi issue and the doctor was very condescending and dismissive in speaking with them.
