Nobody picks up the call. I waited in line for 30 minutes. Unbelievable!

Paid partially of the bill, instead they deducted it they add it. called customer service, representative insisted was a back charge. don't even listen but to argue and hang up...
Not sure why all the negative reviews of this utility. Have been with them 6 years.....only minor outages (hurricane related). 3 adults in a 4 bedroom house with heat pump (warmth in winter / cool in summer)....and all the hot water, cooking, and laundry that goes along with 3 adults and in 2024 I averaged $10.11 per day (tax in). $10 a day for heat, hot water, lights when i need them, TVs, radios, computers, garage door goes up & down when i need it to, etc, etc......not a bad deal at all! Their building is a fortress. No one can get past the security desk. If only their online security was solid. Now a million customers identities, social insurance numbers and bank accounts have been stolen. Who pay for this? The customer. Time to raise rates again.
