Very bad customer service
return the utility to the government
I'm here just to point out those stupid commercials where you offer an explanation as to why your bill is so high, for precisely the same geriatric demographics that voted in the liberals to ruin the economy and energy sectors. Now lets see more commercials so you can explain to old libs why they voted for this cost of living.
I'm giving two stars but only because of the very nice lady in customer service otherwise it would be a one. I called about removing power from a property was told they might not have enough people to come check the meter before I moved out and that I would have to pay for the time until they got there. Have no idea how that is even remotely my problem.
