Nova Scotia Power is an absolute joke. Sky-high rates that never stop climbing, constant power outages, and customer service that’s basically nonexistent—good luck getting through to a real person. It’s almost like they know they have a monopoly and couldn’t care less about the people paying their absurd bills. If there were any other option, no one would willingly choose this disaster of a company.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Nova Scotia Power, but the most concerning was when they disconnected my power in -20°C weather, putting my home at serious risk. Despite trying to communicate with them, they weren’t receptive to customer concerns, and their lack of care and responsiveness was truly alarming. Care to explain how you raise rates faster then any place on the planet, (this is fact), yet 3rd world countries have more consistent, stable and clean power? This entire company shouls be imprisoned for fraud and theft.
