I usually love coming in here, great atmosphere. I got a jell manicure and regular pedi. I got my nails done just for the beach and two days later my nails started chipping. I haven't done anything different or been hard on them, I'm very disappointed.
I have been to several nails salon and I'm very loyal and dedicated, I even leave good tips!! But when I get treated like you've never been there then it's time to find another salon. Well I finally found one that I really love. The owner Ann and her staff (Misa, Chris) which there are more I just don't know their names lol are remarkable. I went here after I had called and once I arrived she told me she couldn't do my fill in. Very disappointed, because I have heard great things and it looks so nice in there. Went to la Bella and that was the worst experience ever!
Ann her team does an amazing job. I enjoy the hospitality.
The service was great. Everyone that works there was beyond friendly, making sure everyone was comfortable even though they were very busy. Also, the prices are freaking amazing! I paid $50 what I generally pay $70 for elsewhere. However, I wasn't 100% pleased with my manicure. I got a gel mani, and the edges of the polish (around my cuticles, not at the tips of my nails) were very jagged, so it got caught it my hair and started ripping at the polish. Love Nova on the square. A treat I give myself. The one time my manicure wasn't perfect it was fixed for free the next day. Can't wait to go tomorrow to get my nails done! I'll be there at 11, Ann. See you then!
I always use Nova. I have gone to Misa for going on almost 4 yrs now. I love Ann as well! I always feel special and important when I go there. They make me laugh and they are warm and friendly always. That on top of giving me excellent services! My nails always look amazing and k get complimented on them all the time. I highly recommend NOTS!
