PT staff are awesome...... the doctor however, is an absolute joke.
Wait Time is way to long...and then waiting again once you are put in room to see someone!! My husband has been here for over an hour and a half!!
Recommendedso i have not went to this place yet but i have to get a drug test gor nissin i was wondering if they took blood for it? neddles scare me
Shouldn't even get a 1 star this place is ridiculously slow and are to busy talking to each other than to do there job none of them even know how to operate a printer and after waiting over an HR everyone who came in after us has done went back this is the worst Dr office I have ever been into
I tried given them the benefit of the doubt. The y are SLOW and incompetent. There a couple of instances were they were getting ugly with each other. The were gossiping about patients. None of them seem to know what was going on. I heared one of them ask what they do here on some specific issue in front of everyone in the waiting room. They are not properly trained and are not professional.
Can't understand WHY it takes so long in this place!! From the different people I've talked with.... all the same- 2 1/2 hrs just to do a DOT physical. That's 2 hrs sitting in lobby, then about 20 minutes for the actual physical. 10 minutes walking from room to room. It just doesn't make sense to me! I've been to other medical places, and I was in & out in 30-45 minutes!! Wastes so much of a persons day!!
Was there an hour and a half..New patient so i had a book to fill out before being seen.But the staff and Doctor was very kind and efficient.
