Dr. Pham and their entire staff are very professional, courteous and friendly.
Every employee I encountered was genuinely pleasant and helpful. Everything that was happening was explained in great detail - from dental cleaning with the technician, to the cavity treatment with the dentist, and the payment with the office manager. I'm especially thankful to the dentist and technician that helped calm my nerves during one of the fillings.
I love this office. Everyone so nice, friendly, very helpful. No pain at all for my visit. Very caring and knowledgable staffs and dentists. Strongly recommend this office !
I went online and submitted an inquiry if this office accepts Delta Dental of VA. I received a follow up phone call within 15-20 minutes. I told the receptionist, a young man, about my circumstance and felt abandoned that the last dentist I saw failed to follow up with the pain I experience from a filling he did last week. I was surprised when I walked in last Friday that someone can see me today.
This is the only dental practice I will go to in the area. They clearly layout the prices before a procedure is done. They work and see what exactly are the benefits from the insunace. Front office staff with Fernando the work is flawless.
Dr. Meyer did his normal thorough job examining and cleaning my teeth. He also has excellent bedside manner.

I will recommend anybody's to try at lease ones in Nova Dental Practice then you deside to continue or not . They have the best customer service full of information and the Dr is Excellent. I love to take my kids there at any time !!!!!!
