Everyone was friendly and professional, the office was very clean and i was very relaxed thanks to all the people there.
Every visit I have at this dental office, I am greeted warmly with all the staff. They are friendly, helpful and competent! They all do whatever it takes to make me feel comfortable no matter what procedure I am having done.
I was impressed with the office and the level of detail the office provided. But my initial visit was TWO HOURS long. I did not realize it was that long nor had I been pre-warned it might take that long. I also appreciated the staff's willingness to explain things to me, but did not need things repeated when not asked for clarification - which added to the total time in the chair.
Always a pleasure visiting NOVA Dental. Staff is great, always friendly and Gentle. Yen (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is my favorite and a true asset to the practice..
Worst dental office ever. Had to wait over 1:30 for an evaluation. Was charged over $90 for the dentist to tell me the work i needed was out of his expertise.
Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Nice up to date equipment and friendly people.
Always a professional and friendly atmosphere.
The most clean environment super nice coworker. My son love to go there with any problem. I recommend anybody to go there in Nova Dental practice.
