I just moved out of this place, thank god. I didn’t have a working AC for 2+ months. After 3-4 weeks, I was finally provided with a small unit that could only cool the main room. I also went almost 3 weeks with no power to the master bed and bath. You pay monthly community and amenities fees, but there were never any dog waste clean up bags in the dispensers, the gym was without AC for an extended time, gym equipment would be down for months, one of the EV charger stations has been down for at least 9 months, the trash and r... read more
Worst place to rent an apartment. The prices for the apartments aren’t as stated. You will have +$500 added to your rent every month for “ amenities and services” but they don’t not take care of their property nor come at a timely manner to fix things. They will also tow your vehicle even if it’s registered in their system to your apartment and still expect you to pay the fee for them taking it. While I appreciate maintenance bringing me an auxiliary A/C unit to get me through these hot temperatures, I have one room where I can be comfortable . The rest of my apartment is 82 degrees. Our maintenance staff is excellent, but they can only do so much. They can’t be in two places at one time. Please prioritize their work so that you can take care of all of the residents without a working A/C. Especially those of us who are elderly and more vulnerable.
Horrible place to rent i was approved and they never wanted to show me the apartment until the day of the move in? and kept changing the date so unprofessional and when they said i could keep the deposit back the next few days , and it’s been months and they’re saying it’s a 60 hour period to get it back but i went the second day asking for it and they still said i didn’t ? they’re a bunch of scammers and the apartments r gross and horrible workers
Have put in multiple tickets for my washer, that doesn't have a dial to wash clothes, to be fixed. Also a ticket for the dryer, that doesn't heat up to be fixed. One of the tickets said it was fixed and no one has came to look at it and I've been here almost over two months.
