I have tried repeatedly to be hopeful that things have turned a corner. Absolute corporate garbage. Worst place I've ever lived from a property management standpoint. Nice location. Not worth it.
This place is a scam! Do not apply here! After paying the application fee and submitting all required documents I was ghosted for over a week. Dozens of emails and calls and not a peep back. Finally I receive an email saying they never received my id, and after I responded with proof that I had they told me I needed to submit it again. Move in was great. Only issue was bugs, both dead and alive on the floors. Front entrance to apartment would have been nicer if the cobwebs and loose dirt had been removed prior. Also, back porch area was a hot mess with cobwebs and “nature.”
Quick response both agents at front desk are very pleasant and quick to answer any problems
Remedied the problem quickly and effectively Jed did a terrific job.
