Lower level apartment was nice with the new carpet and hardwood floors, but I did notice some crickets and what I think may have been a roach crawling around in the master bath sink. Also living room floor needed to be cleaned. More insects and a worm in the floor. Also back patio was pretty dirty as well as well as the neighbors to the left. For $1500 per month?? Don’t think so. Need to spruce the place up a bit, just my opinion though. Thanks for the tour!
