2 stars is due the length of time it took between the time I sent the request and the time it was done ... over 2 weeks! The area repaired looks much better, the screen is fixed and the toilet has stopped running. Mike did a great job. I'm still waiting for the new peep hole for the door!!! It's been weeks!!

I am extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. I submitted a maintenance request for my stove over two months ago, and the issue still has not been fixed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received little to no communication regarding when the repair will be completed. lack of urgency and poor customer service have made this a very frustrating experience.
