ordered a gift cert for my mom. Specifically asked for a sugar/salt scrub exfoliating massage and facial. They sold me the Ultra Nourish massage saying that was exactly what I described. What a joke. Mom came back from the massage saying it was a painful dry loofa scrape down, then gallons of oil dumped all over her. only "massage" was when her scalp was rubbed with yet more oil. she had to wipe off all the dripping oil with napkins she found in the car before she could drive home.
