I was late to an appointment by my own fault. Somehow I kept thinking all day it was a different time and showed up 30 minutes late. I was happy to reschedule but Troy was so rude on the phone that I can’t imagine I will reschedule at all. I was excited to try a new skin studio but not for that kind of attitude.
