Misleading Outdated Not electronically safe Hard country stinky water Most amenities do not work. Pipes are not correctly hooked up so the kicten floods. Bathroom doesnt drain or have hot water. There's not lock on the back sliding door. They give you a wooden dolley stick. There is not a deadbolt on the door. It's a simple handle lock. This Company does not care about their Residents. We have lived in one of there townhomes for more than 5 years now and they have made promises to fix major issues over and over again with “NO”results. For example ~ The carpet was in terrible shape when we first move in and splitting at the seems due to a water leak from the AC unit inside the downstairs unit ceiling. Which we were promised that the carpet would be replaced also due to mold. The owners in their Fancy Suits came out in the first 2 months we were here to look ... read more
