After touring here, I found units with high ceilings, large windows that were quite impressive and things not typically found around town. Despite not being a modern renovation, the floorplan and set up of the building is hard to turn down. I had a great tour with Paulito who is clearly knowledgeable about his job. I do recommend renting here.
Great staff and prompt response to maintenance requests. I definitely recommend Norwood Apartments.
I've lived in the Norwood for approaching 2 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Pablo and Reymundo on the maintenance team are always friendly and quick to address any issues (though issues are very rare).
Norwood is a wonderful place to live. The old structure is well maintained and the team around Paulito, Pablo, Raymundo, Rudi and Chris make us feel at home.
