I can't say how much I love living at The Norwood. The building manager, Paulito, is organized, kind, and responsive and the gentlemen who oversee the building in the evenings, Rudy and Chris, always greet you with a warm and friendly hello! If that weren't enough, the building itself is incredibly elegant! I would recommend this to anyone.
I’ve been living here for about a month and I have zero complaints. The walls are thick so it’s always quiet, the ceilings are high and the units are spacious. Paulito is great and Maintenance is quick, as well as the men at the front desk who are quick to deliver packages. The building is kept clean and orderly inside and out, and the area is simply unbeatable. I feel very at home!
Highly recommend living here!! No bugs!! High ceiling!! Lots of natural light! Thick walls! The building in general is well maintained. Only downside is that there’s no in-unit washer and dryer.
Great Building. Management is on top of things. Cleaning and maintenance teams are great.
Got lucky with blind apartment hunting before I moved to DC, just to remain at this apartment for 3+ years and leaving only because I moved out of the city. Great staff and community within the building. Sad to leave!
