I've lived in the Norwood for approaching 2 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Pablo and Reymundo on the maintenance team are always friendly and quick to address any issues (though issues are very rare).
Norwood is a wonderful place to live. The old structure is well maintained and the team around Paulito, Pablo, Raymundo, Rudi and Chris make us feel at home.

The Norwood is a special place to call home. The apartments have gorgeous high ceilings and so much light. The building is well maintained and clean. Pablo, Raymundo, Chris, Mr Rudi and Paulito take care of the tenants like they are family. No fancy package room or drycleaning lockers, no gyms or pool. However your walls will be thick and ‘noise canceling’ , your maintenance needs will be addressed promptly and accurately. You will be treated respectfully. The building is safe and comforting.
