My niece is pregnant with her first child. She's had quite a few complications, thusfar. When she went to the L&D ER on 3/22, Dr. Kris Ellen Barnsfather and the nurses were so condescending and treated her as if she was incompetent. The death rate during pregnancy a month African American women is so high because of IGNORANT healthcare professionals like this doctor and nurses! Thank you to all at Norton’s for taking such great care of me during a trauma event today. I was so scared to go to the ER during the CoronaVirus. They got me in and out quickly and away from the feverish crowd as I was just having post surgery complications. I appreciate every employee at Norton’s Hospital on the frontlines and doing everything you can to make the rest of us safe. Thank you so much!
I have always trusted the Chidren’s Hospital. They have excellent Nurses and Doctors. ❤️❤️❤️
We thought if we went to Norton (a Cigna provider), that they would employ IN NETWORK EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS. Thousands of dollars in out of network charges due to your policies. Thanks for not caring.
They need to be better organized in the ER. I had a nurse who had no idea how to draw blood try to take blood and insert an iv. She was incapable. She couldn’t even find her own equipment. The check in girl was too busy looking at her phone to listen to what I had to say. The triage nurse was too busy talking to her coworker to properly triage me. Go to any ER that is not this one. Now I remember why I avoid this place.
The only hospital I go to.
Not going to leave a very long review but I’ve heard stories about this place and I just want to say that they surpassed all expectations and more ! 7/5⭐️
