RecommendedI have had several procedures in the past at this hospital, and I absolutely love it! Yesterday I had a parotidectomy . Honestly, from registration to discharge, everyone was amazing!! Special thanks to some specific people. Debbie, my pre-op nurse was awesome! She listened to my worries, and took great care of me. Anesthesia took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns. if a patient informs the tending nurse that a particular med causes an adverse effect.. one would think they would take that in to consideration.. yet they pushed the med , a narcotic anyway.. wtg.. if you request the assistant of your nurse .. one would think.. that patient care would be paramount... if you're having a bad day perhaps you should stay home or pick a job that doesn't require empathy...
We visited the pediatric ER yesterday to have my 12 year old son checked out for abdominal pain. The staff was excellent. They made my son feel comfortable and explained everything to him (and me) throughly. I appreciate their care and attention to detail.

I am appalled at the recent treatment I recieved after visiting your emergency department yesterday, July 4th. I had injured my shoulder after flipping my inner tube on a rocky river and landing on it. The pain was progressively getting worse until I finally knew I needed treatment and visited the hospital. We were not even given a proper room, just forced to set in a hallway recliner. You guys...if you learn nothing this year, learn this: Cody Aubrey, ER Nurse here at Norton Women’s is the MF’n man!!!! He started my IV and got 5 vials of blood on the first stick!!! The. First. Stick. Y’all. Can we talk about the 27 times they attempted at Baptist Brownsboro?! Or the fact they had to call in not one but two specialists to use ultrasound machines and still did 7 more sticks before getting a viable stick?!?! My Caleb was in the NICU for almost 7 weeks are we have no complaints! Our little guy was kept healthy and safe and we are forever grateful!
