When it was Suburban, it was better. Now, nurses nowhere to be found, equipment beeping for hours, one nurse broke a flower vase that was bought by my sister for our mother, did she replace it?, NOPE. Mother, 94, laid wet, no one cleaned or changed her. They couldn't find a vein, so they poked her all over. Talked to head nurse, she apologized, too late, mom was sent home that day.
Terrible experience. Unprofessional, unorganized and unprepared. My son had a dislocated hip, and they effectively tortured him for 2 1/2 hours (without seeing a Dr.) trying to straighten his leg, refusing to x Ray him to get a diagnosis. The pain they put him through still makes me cringe. I encourage ALL locals and visitors to go elsewhere. This facility is unworthy of your patronage.
Just had surgery here. The staff was incredibly friendly and disarming. Great at making me feel at ease while taking care of business. Good job!
