Going on 6 hours in the ER waiting room. My wife and I had our son here and that was a great experience. I can honestly say this is the worst ER experience in my entire life. And I’m not even the one that’s sick.
Do not and repeat do not appreciate the final doctor and nurse I had in the er today. Not only am I leaving in more pain that I already was in. The doctor and staff were disrespectful and rude. Not only did they care so little to help my problem the doctor himself was very disrespectful. I have been here for over 5 hours and have not gotten in relief whatsoever. I will not return ever again. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED EVEN IF YOUR EXTREMELY SICK ID GO TO THIS HOSPITAL
My baby boy had RSV and bronchitis and Dr. Morgan was so amazing. He was continuously coming in to check on him throughout the day and all the nurses were so helpful and compassionate. We stayed for about a week and had amazing service. My little man is feeling and breathing so much better thanks to you guys!!
