Amazing nurses, CNAs, Nurse Practitioners, PAs and Physicians. Even the ancillary staff, housekeeping and cafeteria staff are kind and pleasant. Discharge planner, Mary, is the best. The people at this hospital saved my son’s life and have given him hope for the future. Thank you Norton 4B, 4F and 4C
my granddaughter was born with spina bifida and a nuerotube defect they were great with her
Rude staff. I arrived and waited 10 minutes for the emergency room desk to get off of a personal cell phone call. Then was rude like I was interrupting here. To tell me my friend was not there on another floor. While I was waiting for her to finish her phone call my Friend Thomas Higgins passed away. So for that reason alone I would never recommend to anyone else.
Nortons NICU kept my son healthy, safe, and happy. RN nurses Lisa, iccey, ursha, courtney, Sherri, Robin, and so many more taught me so much about preemie babies. The labor and delivery and post partum nurses are all super nice and they are willing to help no matter what. The hostipal is full of helpful and amazing people.

Even on the weekends, Staff is friendly and kind!! Love this location
