Very friendly staff. They really took good care of Clayton .
Our hospital stay was only overnight but from beginning to end was a friendly,kind and professional visit. The Drs. were very informative and each level from admitting to the entire nursing staff were amazing. The surgery was described as to procedure from start to finish. Pain was managed and handled in a timely manner. No rock unturned, we were very satisfied. And if we have the need of hospitalization we hope to use Norton’s.
My husband was a patient in ICU 5th floor. We have nothing but great reviews! Very friendly, A1 patient care, excellent doctors & staff. We live out of town, he was airlifted here. I give them 10 stars!!
My husband was transferred from KDH in Madison Indiana to Norton’s in Louisville KY All their staff were so awesome and kind and helpful!
My husband Chris Keith was at Nortons in ICU intubated for 10 days. On the 10th day he was finally extubated and moved out of ICU. Every Dr. And nurse there were excellent and compassionate. They truly saved his life ! I wish I could remember every one of there names. Thank You all for what you do. You are all angels.
Because the nurses at the labor and deliver floor are lacking of manners when they talk to patients family . They need to be more polite .some of them have nasty attitudes.
I had a very bad experience at Norton down town thee worst ever it took forever to be seen and taken care of I had to call the charge nurse while in the er I was being mistreated by nurses pulling and juggling my arm because they couldn’t find my veins because I was so sick and dehydrated they walked offed I was stuck 10 times and couldn’t get an iv to even start my meds because they were so mean I will never go back to this location ever !
