RecommendedVisited your intermediate care center with my daughter. She is a student at U of L and I am from out of town. My daughter was seen promptly and the staff was very professional. The physician on staff was great. We visited on Saturday morning, October 12th. Please pass this on to each of them. We will not hesitate to use your services if we need them in the future.
Great nurses come to your room when you need them very kind
wonderful caring staff.Surgery was 8 hrs total including recovery room.Clean place.My daughter was allowed to stay and was well informed about my condition.

great Doctors and care for patients
Norton Hospital is a great hospital, I had to get spinal surgery because I have scoliosis and it was really bad. I had a 60% at the top of my spine that was curved and a 30% at the bottom that was curved. Now my spine is 20% curved, I have two rods and screws in my back. It has been a rough recovery but now it’s been six weeks and I’m moving better than ever. I recommend going to Norton’s Hospital if you have to get any type of surgery! Great hospital I was there 2 years ago for flu and lung problems.. while being treated my colon perferated thanks to Drs Shocker and Dr. K D excuse the spelling.& the nurses. and one nurse that I can remember packing ice around me She was a Angel can't remember her name who i also want to thank.... And special thanks to GOD for giving me another chance...
I have spent over a week in 5K every single nurse and aide has been very caring and answers my call light in a timely manner. I have had some issues with doctors not communicating the best and the nurses have helped make sure that each doctor is on the same page. I came in through the emergency room and that was a terrible experience felt more like a homeless shelter. The care I have received on 5k has been nothing short of amazing. Even the house keeping ladies have been very nice and has kept my room very clean.
