I had surgery there and I must say I was treated like I was the only patient there. They have top notch nurses and doctors. God bless each and every one of you!
i would like to thank the nurses and doctors and all others who cared for my son while he was in the care of Norton Hospital. they were caring and tried to see to his every need. (The Dr's need to take a little more time while visiting their patient for daily check) all but one of his nurses were wonderful and very caring. Two that really stood out is Mustafa and Ruth Ann. he was on 5M and I thank God for the people that he put my son's life in. So my special thanks to you for hiring very caring people. Worse experience I have ever had. I guess bigger does not mean better. A sign in the room stated “our goal is to provide you with very good care”. Undoubtedly they are not interested in providing excellent care. They didn’t even provide good let alone very good care
although I do recommend This hospital it's like pulling teeth trying to get information about my wife.In my opinion when it's a family member the info should flow like a river when ask for..P.S. I could care less about hipa when it comes to info about my wife or loved ones..P.S.S..Your nurses should be trained not to make a patient cry over asking a very simple question as well.
Through all the heart ache and pain, i’d like to say the Norton Hospital staff was wonderful! They were over the top compassionate, and all through we was in a hospital full of sick/dying individuals they made us feel like the only ones needing their attention! Not to mention we were in the ER!! This bear is one of the bears they provided the grand children with, it came with little paper hearts that they write messages on for their granny and tuck them in the back!
