All I wanted was a recommendation to a chiropractor and a psychiatrist. I was told they could help. I was then told they don't like chiropractors so they would not do that without going to physical therapy first. Then I was told they could help with psych then a few days later when I checked on their progress they told me they couldn't do that either. Now I get to stay in pain (I refuse to take meds) and I get to stay an emotional wreck. awesome
Terrible lobby. Terrible wait time. Waiting for hours for an exam and some xrays. Absolutely ridiculous. People that got here after me got seen before me multiple times.
RecommendedMy labor and delivery and mother baby experience was awesome! The nurses on mother baby helped give me confidence that I could care for my baby!
RecommendedDr.Gilberts and her team have gone above and beyond to help me get a proper diagnosis. I highly recommend this place! Not to mention- any time I’ve gone, I’m always seen on time- huge plus!
The wait times for pediatric appointments are ridiculous. Getting an appointment is quick and easy...but it’s pointless if the providers are NEVER on time. On average you will wait 30min -1hr after your appointment time to see your pediatric provider. I also see a provider on the adult side and I never had an issue with providers being on time...🤷🏽♀️
RecommendedI being going here since 2013, Dr.Puno orthopedic & Harping neurologist are excellent. sometime the wait is long but it's well worth it he also treats VA patients. July 2018 I had my C3 through C7 replaced surgery went well I've had 3 post-op surgery follow appts, my neck looks & feels great no pain. the staff has always treated me nicely and I have noticed there are few new receptionist.
