We were there on two separate occasions both of which were pleasant the staff was very kind to me as I answered all of our questions we were in and out and a good amount of time the facility was very clean and I made sure all of our questions were answered before we left very happy with them

I wasn't there as a patient or visiting anyone. However was doing work without company on site. The rest rooms and public areas were very clean. And the cafeteria food service was top-notch. From what I know of people that work there, Norton employees work with care and compassion for people. If you need it, Norton Hospital would be an excellent choice to care for your ailment.

My wife has been patient in ICU for 2 weeks. She has had an excellent team of doctors working with her. As well as nursing staff. They have taken the best of care of my wife and kept me very informed. The aids and cleaning staff have been super as well. I'm extremely grateful for the care my wife has received.

I was in ICU 5 days after heart surgery & I won't ever go to any other hospital! From the time me & my family got to the ER, the staff kept my family informed, explained everything to me, & I could feel their concern for my condition! The nurses, Drs, & Nursing assistants were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, & very caring. Not that I wanna go back in hospital but my choice will be Norton's every time!!!!!

I love the staff. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. This was my 3rd stay here and every time I have had a great experience. If I have to be in a hospital this is where I go.

I was there getting a MRI done on my shoulder. I thought the people in the ER where I had to go to get registered was very prompt and positive. They took me right as soon as I walked in, they explained to me where I then needed to go to get in a waiting room for my procedure. I went in the lady at the desk was very nice and explained to me the paperwork I needed to do, I was there maybe a total of 5 mins.
