As a sickle cell patient I've gotten all the info I needed plus more , nurses and doctors are very nice and polite , they double check there information, double checks on me to make sure I'm alright , and they double-check on their machines to make sure they are functioning properly , no one loves Hospital especially me but enjoy good customer service and that they do have can't give it 5 stars because I don't love being in the hospital but I like my experience here

5F ICU is Everything!! I can't tell you far how above and beyond they went with the care they provided. That being said, every staff member I came into contact with over the five days I visited NH was extremely pleasant and helpful. I simply had to ask if I needed anything, but in most cases they ask me if I needed assistance first. Good Job Norton!

I am not one to Love hospitals but when I experienced a stroke while visiting my daughter it was a great place to be. 4J staff were all very concerned and attentive. A big shout out to the nurses and Drs who cared for me. You were great. Thank you so very much for everything you did.

They did very well taking care of me. They really did the best I have had at a hospital. I was admitted for almost a week and they were right there for everything I needed. Thanks again.
