Broke my foot in a motorcycle accident. They were kind and pleasant. If their IT department hadn't shut down the computer system I wouldn't have been there as long and this would be a 5 star review.

Every single person I've come in contact with in this hospital has been excellent, from the lady that registered me to the lady that brought my meals. All of the nurses I've had were friendly, sweet, and did everything i asked with a smile on their faces. We've had conversations about their families and lives like we were friends. They've really made the stay here enjoyable and not miserable. I'm going home today and I told them this morning i was gonna miss em lol lol but I'm ready to go lol

Very friendly staff all around! Doctors were super friendly and took time to talk to us!! Awesome hospital!

I was at Norton's hospital for 6 hours. I set in the waiting room for 5 hours. The other room was a small room. I was there for a hour. During that time a man came in ready to do a EKG on me. The gentleman said let's get ready. Your having chest pains and shortness of breath. I told him no, I fell and my ankle and knee is throbbing. Oh and the ex ray, they only wanted to do a ex ray on my foot. The ex ray tech called and asked if they needed a knee ex ray also. My wife was sent here with a rash from the baby doctor they really didn't do nothing for her we were there for 5 hours and now we have been billed twice the second bill was ridiculous
