The staff was fantastic and so helpful. They all made a tough day bearable
It is only missing 1 star because it is a hospital and more could always have more. I have had nothing but positive there. Especially the constant attention by all. I have had surgery, testing, rehab. time, .... (lots of stay in time).
I'm here MORE times I can count with ALL my conditions. I did spend 7 hours, but was receiving All necessary tests, X-rays, CATscan, kept me hooked up to the heart monitor with All those issies.....So felt Safe. Left with proper diagnosis and will be following up with my Primary and Specialists. Kept me Pain Free, family by my side. And Dr, Spain, who I've had Numerous times is Thorough, Explained Everything, Best bed side manner, and Compassionate. Thank you All. So grateful for my whole team I have at Norton's! They've been so good to me since I've been here, everybody even the dietary staff got me all spoiled lol. I couldn't ask for better people to be taking care of me while I'm on my get back!!!
The nurses in 5M kept me informed! Nurse Logan downstairs next to ER was awesome, then I lucked out and had Heather on 5M! Thank you! Such WONDERFUL nurses made me feel I was there when though I was at work at HHMS! Thank you!
We had a very nice and well informed young lady take us on the tour of the labor and delivery area at Norton's hospital. She did a great job and answered all of our questions. We hope that my granddaughter's having her first baby there will be a positive and wonderful experience for her. Thank-you for having these tours so that both new parents and close family can learn what to expect.
Awesome. Went in for colon surgery. Real nice people there and nurse are great. 5th floor icu nurses the best. One that really stands out is Michelle. Thank you for everything. And everything you did for me.
