Incompetent staff. My husband had a spinal fusion. Came home when pain meds was gone I called for a refill. It took 10 days before he got any meds. And he only got them because I made at least 50 calls. How do you call in pain meds to a mail order? Then couldn’t get them to call n cancel the order n send it to pharmacy. I called and canceled it cus not only did it go to mail order it was invalid. Someone left off the DEA number. Mail order was waiting on them to fix it. RecommendedMy sister was brought into the ER last Thursday, 9/26/19, in very critical condition. The nurses worked on her all day & finally had her able to recognize & communicate with us. This gave us time for her daughter to drive from Paducah & her son to fly in from Oklahoma City. Her CT scan did not give us the results we hoped for & she passed on Friday morning. We were treated with such compassion & kindness from the ER nurses & staff, the ICU nurses & staff-shout out to Nick, and the doctors, Dr Tobias, Dr Davis, & Dr Kiety. A ... read more

RecommendedStaff is usually very friendly. It’s a good place especially when your kids don’t have the best immune systems
waiting for hours to be seen..they should be ashame of their selves beyond pissed 3hrs in the waiting room 😡
