Heartland Primary Care in Etown is the worst Doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with.. I will NEVER be back there. Apparently my “doctor” don’t care for my well being.
I’m currently here with my sick child and have been in room for 50 minutes without seeing anyone. Walked out to the hall 3 times and 3 nurses (or whatever) were sitting at desk cutting up. Said was an emergency and they were sorry.. Ten minutes later still no one in the room with us.. keep in mind we’ve only seen one other patient here.. my son doesn’t even want to stay here anymore and he feels miserable.. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!! They are horrible!!!!
RecommendedTook my son in two days ago, they responded very quickly as to what I thought was a asthma attack however it turned out to much more severe. Within 10 minutes they had called an ambulance started oxygen and gave 2 breathing treatments. I can’t express how thankful my family is for such a quick response ❤️
