Terrible care of my brother after his back surgery! They never changed out his bed sheets during his 4 day stay, he never was bathed! He layed in terrible pain for several days with very little pain medication! The nurses were very rude and unprofessional! Will never let any of my family in that place again, not even a dog!
I have been in Nortons twice this year and have stayed on 4K and 4H. The staff on both were fantastic. The nurses are great!!

Recently had open heart surgery and all I can say is wow. The nursing staff on 5m was amazing not only did they take great care of me but also my family. They definitely did everything ever asked of them and above and beyond. One of my nurses even printed heart heathy recipes for me that we had talked about. It was nice to be treated like a person not only a patient expecially at a very scary time. THANK YOU for the GREAT care I was given..
Cuz my friend is in labor and delivery for a couple days now and she has not had no hot water and they know of this and still will not move her do anything about
Not only did I have my open heart surgery here, with my wonderful cardiologist Dr. Nunamaker, but this time I'm here for gastrointestinal bleeding. Everyone is always so nice, I have to let everyone know how wonderful my nurse has been to me her name is Susie, 5M area. Nurses like this make you feel important and well cared for, thank you so much!!!!
I had surgery on Jan 12th and was in Section J of Norton Hospital following my surgery. The entire staff in Section J was absolutely terrific! I've never seen a staff that was so friendly, caring and supportive. A big "Thank You" to the entire staff in Section J of Norton Hospital. All of you were the best hospital staff I've ever seen...second to none!
