Poor turn around times for messages. Spoke with someone on the nurse line who did not state her name upon answering only to receive a snarky attitude when inquiring on when the message would be responded to. The options to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see IF you will even receive medication OR pay MORE money to go back in to be seen again is a racket.
