My son & he's Gf had their first child yesterday 10/21/16 & the faculty and staff very loving caring people very professional just want to say thank you for all that you've done for us and for the hundreds or thousands of people that you serve day in and day out without you all we will be in trouble

I have never had a bad experience with Norton's Downtown. Just sometimes, their ER is a bit overwhelmed but even through that, the staff are nice and thorough!!! My mother visits the ER quite often because of her illness and more times or no she is admitted. Great staff from top to bottom.

I was actually at Norton Pavilion for a foot surgery. Everyone, from the valet attendant to the surgeon, was very professional and kind. They thoroughly explained what was going to happen and addressed all my concerns and worries. Since my surgery, which was only supposed to take an hour, turned into almost four hours because of unknown bone fractures in my foot, the staff served my 80 year old grandmother coffee and supplied her with blankets and a pillow to keep her comfortable. I've been here since Tuesday the 11th and everyone is so nice. The nurses are amazing! Oh and the food is actually pretty good. Well I had to revise this. The weekend nurses that I've had are not very good. I have gotten my medicine 30 minutes to over an hour late. They have been for slow. Tomorrow is Sunday I pray I'm able to go home.
