I enjoyed my time there and also the way they took care of my man and best friend.
My19 year old granddaughter had back surgery there Tuesday December 6th. Dr Campbell of Leatherman Spin Center was her surgeon . He was Great keep us updated while she was in surgery which took about 4 hours. After recover she was sent to 4L. The nurses that were on that unit could not had been any better with the way they took care of my granddaughter. My hat goes off to these ladies. I want to thank them from the both of my heart. If I ever have to be in that hospital I hope I am sent to there unit. Thank you to the Nurses... read more
The nursing and patient care staff on 4J are second to none. Their level of compassion and willingness to help is amazing. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything I asked for and less than 30 seconds for answering my call light! It really helped with my anxiety level! The nursing staffs level of knowledge was unbelievable and if the didn't know the answer, I never heard the words "I don't know". It was always "I'll find out". ���
Awesome staff especially Stephanie who has been taking care of my dad in ICU room 5h bed 4.
Place is garbage. Sat around over 5 hours to be seen in the er. They kept pushing 4 people back in line quoting priority. There was a period of over 2 hours where no new patients came in yet the 4 of us sat and sat and sat. Should have went to Indiana to Clark or Floyd.
Slow slow service. Pittyfull. They could work on their costumer service.
The staff never skipped a beat when my son decided to show up on thanksgiving. Nurses and doctors were amazing, professional and understanding of ever question I had. Thank you

The staff on 4M were so kind and helpful. There is a reason this hospital is so popular. Knowledgeable medical and nursing staff are attentive to patients and families. They are never too busy to answer questions. Pastoral care is readily available. The adjacent parking is very convenient.
