I recently stayed four days on floor 4-J the care I received was great from the staff, the techs, the nurses, the doctors they were all above exceptional. They took extra time to listen to me and to explain their thoughts and treatments in ways I could understand but most of all they truly seemed to care. Everyone I met during my stay made me feel special and took care of all of my needs professionally and with passion. Thank you Norton's
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Valet parking is free when you are getting treatment, sounds like a small thing but when you feel horrible it's huge to get out at the door and someone park for you and bring you car back when your done. Doctors are the best.
This is the most wonderfully staffed hospital I have ever encountered. The quality of care and commitment that my dad has received and still is receiving from the doctors and nurses in the Cardiac ICU is beyond impressive. The amount of dedication and constant care you have provided has given our family much needed peace of mind. I am so very grateful to each of you for giving my dad a chance to come back home to us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are true angels!!
It was very understaffed nurse WHERE over whelmed with patient I got there around 10:59am and didn't leave to 12 am but as far as taking ekg exray and cat scans and the handsome dr md it even better lol but he said everything came bk negative then came letting me knw tht my blood work came bk positive which led to a cat scan that showed something common in kids but uncommon in adults Called bronchiolitis where the air way in your lungs and air pockets get clogged and cuts off oxygen which cause sharp pain and shortness in br... read more
I went in to the ER after two weeks of being sick. Since we live by old Louisville it seemed a good option. For a downtown hospital it's not pretty but the staff is so nice and attentive and I received great, thorough care. Don't let the olddness scare you away.
I just had my second baby there 2 days ago. My nurses were absolutely wonderful and so caring. They stayed on up of everything. Especially Kristen mcgee in labor and delivery.
Just like to thank everyone that took excellent care of my daddy while he was there and for being so kind and wonderful to us! Best hospital by far, doctors and nurse are wonderful.
A big hat's off to the staff and doctors of Norton's Hospital! I would recommend this hospital to everyone! All 3 of our boys were born here, Tyler in 1987, Jordon in 1989, and Brandon in 1991. My wife, Nannette, had lower back fusion 2 days ago. The complete staff has been extremely remarkable in making this procedure a positive experience for us both. Everyone has gone way overboard in every way! Thank you again Norton Hospital!
