I came in yesterday because I was having pains I'm 36 weeks pregnant they had someone's info on the screen for everyone to see the PCA was super ghetto she had rap music blasting on the unit the nurse hooked me up to the baby monitors and never came back I had my Call light on for 20 minutes no one came I finally unhooked myself and the nurse came and told us we could leave no discharge papers or anything I will never come back to nortons downtown
My husband was in 4G after his back surgery the nurses and assistance were awesome, always delightful and helpful
The care I received from this place for my Myelogram, post-Myelogram, and the entire surgical experience before/during/after on Dec 12th-13th has made me never EVER want to come back to this Hospital AGAIN!!
They staff was on it, they were very caring as if it were their child or family member that was getting ready to deliver. They even showed their personal feeings at the birth, PRICELESS!!!!! This type of atmosphere will ease anyone's pain or help them from being terribly scared. Well done staff in labor and delivery on 12-13-2016 working with the Washington and Ganzeveld #A-TEAM!!!

I have had experience of both KentuckyOne and Norton's. At Norton's the staff are super friendly, caring, and appear to love their job. I just had my 4th major abdominal surgery in 5 years. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Norton's is also super clean and has really nice waiting room areas. Keep it up Norton's! You're fantastic. Also the 'MyChart' app is so much easier to use than any other. Thank you for that.
