From our entrance into ER to the step-down unit it was nothing but awesome the Doctors were so caring and understanding of our every need all the tests performed where done on time and so efficiently..Thank you for taking such good care of my Hubs .

We sat in the er for 2 hours but once we got up to our room the nurses have been awesome and surgery went great!

I had arm and hand surgery. The staff were very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable and even ask my fiancee if he needed anything. Dr. Robinson is a very kind man to his patients. He put on music from his phone in the operating room to try to make me feel comfortable, because I was extremely nervous and anxious about it. I will always go to Norton hospital as long as they stay caring and friendly to me and my family.

They're going to bill me for pains, that I'm still having. Just gave me some Tylenol and send me on my way!!! But there 3rd shift staff was so great! First shift Dr. Spain was terrible, in every form and fashion!!!

Well it would have been a 5 but because I was forgotten about because when they called me to do vitals and stuff they never put in computer why I was there. So registration never called me so after sitting for hour or so I got up went to registration and she said she was sorry because nothing had been put in That's why I wasn't called. Which I feel made me wait even more longer to be seen I spent the entire day in er before I got to a room to see a doctot.
